These are for Lac du Bonnet internet co-operative accounts. Customers can purchase more than one of these accounts. Only residents or business owners located in the specific service area, which is a 15 mile radius from the town of Lac du Bonnet, are entitled to purchase these accounts. There are ONLY 10 of these accounts per franchise location. There are significant benefits to holding a co-operative account. All other accounts pay the standard monthly fees and other costs. This fee is a one time cost. This is guaranteed access, or your money back in full.

Co-operative members can be proud that, because of them, their local area has rural high speed internet. They are the grass roots builders of their local area internetwork. Co-operative accounts entitle the purchasor to "own a piece of the business" and through that ownership, get a piece of the pie in return for their commitment to the local franchise.
Benefits of being a co-operative account holder includes:
- annual dividend payout
- limited participation in decision making
- a possible buyout after a specific timeframe (return on investment)
- a siginicant reduction for per month access charges ($10/mo. off your account type the first year, $15/mo. off your account type the second year)
- the $75 setup fee is waived for co-operative account holders
- other appreciation benefits
As with all other accounts of this type, you will need to subscribe to a relevant monthly residential or business account.
